In many ways, mindfulness is a form of mental training that develops specific skills such as concentration, mental clarity, and emotional balance – all of which foster greater resilience, fulfillment, and happiness.
I tailor one-on-one sessions to meet your specific needs and goals, helping you to begin or deepen a meditation practice and apply mindfulness perspectives and practices to your daily life. Through individual coaching, you’ll learn a range of mindfulness techniques to apply to any individual or life circumstance.
Clients have sought my coaching to help them navigate challenging emotions such as anxiety, to gain more clarity about mental and emotional patterns that compound stress, to find greater meaning and satisfaction in life, or for relief from chronic pain.
One-on-one coaching sessions include instruction, formal guided practice, and question and answer periods as well as specific guidance on which techniques to apply and when. Coaching sessions are an hour long and offered on a sliding scale.
